Products: We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours and wood-grain patterns can vary slightly from the photos.
Prices and payment: All prices are in GBP (British pounds). Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been placed.
Orders: We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or there's a pricing error. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund.
Shipping: Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds: You can ask for a refund within 30 days, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Use of products: Follow the instructions that come with each product. Replace brush heads and manual brushes regularly. If you have concerns about your oral health, speak to your dentist.
Liability: As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property: All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pure Hygeia and can't be reused without permission.
Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
